Job Description

Job Title: Workplace Experience Manager

Location: Jersey City

Overview:

Intapp is looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to join our Global Workplace Team and own all aspects of workplace services and operations at our fast growing Jersey City site. In this role you will be the strategic workplace partner to leadership at site, manage daily operations and employee experience while driving culture, events, projects and amenities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Budget for and manage daily operations. Actively drive budget process for your site(s).
  • Strategize on programs and events to engage with our teams and drive incredible employee experiences.
  • Manage all vendors.
  • Manage projects large and small.
  • Liase with building management and services.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Own the Food and Beverage programs.
  • Lead the physical security program ensuring the safety and security or our teams and visitors.
  • Manage the MAC (moves, add, changes process.
  • Partner and communicate cross functionally to ensure the success of all.
  • Proactively work to improve all of the above.
  • Actively engage with the Global Workplace Team on larger programs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of facilities/workplace management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
  • Natural leadership skills, and ability to mobilize people towards a goal.
  • Ability to pick up new technologies easily.
  • Good understanding of Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience with workplace management systems.
