The ideal candidate is a highly organized and self-motivated leader who is process and controls oriented, has a heart for designing frictionless products, and has the ability to coalece a cross functional team to deliver improvements for our clients. Candidate must have experience with both controls and regulatory proceses.
Roles & Responsibilities:
End to end management of current Wires product, including managing:
- Processes, controls, & risk framework to ensure all regulations and firm policies are met
- Channel and segment stakeholders to ensure prioritization / communication
- Fraud NCL losses and Aithentication lead - with the global of reduce the losses to the firm and reducing outsort
- Branch processes, while facilitating transaction migration to digital
- Analytics to define new opportunities and examine performance
- Incoming wire policies and procedures
- Single Point of Contact for audit and controls
- Single Point of Contact for Wire escalations
Requirements:
- 5+ years product leadership experience; Financial Services experience strongly preferred; payments and retail experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing a product in production and managing sucessful controls, including audits and regulatory reviews
- Comfortable in the weeds to identify, put guardrails around, and address issues in a timely manner
- Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
- Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional team
- Ability to productively work in a matrix management organization
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must
- Ideal candidate with payment or wires experience
