We are a fast growing Exclusive Boost Retailer with a fantastic team and opportunities for growth. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, reliable individuals immediately!

• Sell Boost Mobile wireless products and/or services to new or established customers, typically via walk-in business.
• Deliver on monthly sales goals and key performance metrics
• Consult with the customer to determine needs and assist them in purchasing the right device and plan for themselves and their family.
• Process payments for products or service.
• Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services and checking for stock and availability.
• Assist customers with device set up and customization.
• Marketing through online social media as well as campaigning outside the store to drive in new customers to your location.
• Maintain knowledge of up-and-coming technologies, promotions, and trends
• Follow up with all customers after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction and customer retention.

Compensation

• Hourly rate plus commission

Must have reliable transportation, an open schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and a great attitude. Bi-Lingual ability is a plus. We look forward to interviewing you!

• Wireless Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commission Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

• Spanish (Preferred)
