West Coast Regional Sales Manager, Alternate Site
Premier’s Alternate Site Programs Division was founded on one core principle: to meet the ever-evolving needs of our members. To keep pace with our members and their markets, Alternate Site Programs offers more than 2,000 contracts from over 900 industry-leading suppliers. As a GPO, we ensure that our members have the right products and services ?at the right price. We also provide value-added services to support member business, education, and regulatory challenges. Alternate Site Programs has been serving pharmacies, senior living providers, and independent oncology practices since 1993. We are always innovating, extending the deep discounts and member-focused service model we created for our 32,000+ members representing healthcare, K–12 educational institutions, and the broader business community. What will you be Doing: The Regional Manager is a field based sales role that requires constant client facing interaction. This position requires 60% (3 days) of local/regional travel per week. Responsible for recruitment of new members and supporting the growth and maintenance of existing membership. Senior Living: Key focus is on the senior living marketplace, which consists of, but is not limited to: senior living, hospitality and schools. Key classes of trade are assisted living, skilled nursing, hotels, golf clubs, catering, employee feeding, business & industry, camps, colleges, and K-12.
What we're looking for:
Required Qualifications Work Experience: 5 or more years applicable experience Skills & Experience: Account Management, Healthcare Industry, Sales Education: High School Diploma or GED

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
