Wellness Nurse

Fairmont Village, an all memory care assisted living facility is growing! We are looking for a fun, energetic nurse to join our growing team.

looking for Sunday-Thursday

• Interprets and implements organizational goals and policy standards on the assigned unit.
• Participates on departmental committees serving as a liaison for patient needs and staff performance.
• Provides nursing care based on established Service Plan
• Works with team members to ensure proper documentation of care.
• Ensure care is delivered based on physician orders, facility policies, and the assessment of the patient’s physical, mental, emotional and social needs.
• Assist Med-Techs with orders and/or reorders of medication from appropriate Pharmacy.
• Gives report and support services to Director of Nursing as indicated.
• Monitors overall patient care.
• Supervises Med-Techs and Caregivers as needed.
• Ensures that physician orders are transcribed per facility protocol

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
