Job Description
Hourly Crew Members are the heart and soul of our operation! Responsibilities of an hourly crew member are as follows:
1) Provide outstanding customer service;
2) Engage in casual conversation with customers (“bantering”)
3) Follow proper food handling and preparation policies and guidelines;
4) Cash handling;
5) Following the Learning Management System Training Program;
6) Engaging in team work;
7) Following the direction of the Shift Leaders, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers in the location in which they work;
8) Come to work every day in a clean, sharp looking uniform per the uniform guidelines;
9) Engaging in up-selling at the cash register;
10) Educating our customers about price increases, loyalty programs, or general questions or inquiries they may have;
11) Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and welcoming to customers;
A Crew Member is expected to:
1) Move or Transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless a medical notation is made whereas any physical disabilities are covered
by the Americans with Disabilities Act or a temporary doctor's note with a time frame for the restriction on your ability;
2) Work 25-40 hours per week;
3) Have the ability to get to and from work;
4) Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM of any issues they are having;
5) Lead by example in terms of quality of the food they make, the way they interact and provide customer service.
