About your role as a Receptionist:-Greet visitors and announce their arrival. -Maintain clean, presentable lobby area for visitors. -Receive and record rent payments due to CAP City. -Provide general administrative support when needed. -Sort the mail and distribute to proper person. -Keep filing up to date. -Take payments for resident bills and give receipts. -Perform other related duties as assigned.

Success Criteria:-Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. -Should possess proficiency in operating a computer. -Should be organized and self-motivated. -Provide exceptional customer service -Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with peers, visitors, and supervisor. -Ability to read and interpret work instructions. -Ability to apply basic math skills.
