Overview:
The Weekend Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant plays a vital role in creating the luxurious, resort-style experience we strive to provide under The Charles brand. This position will be an extension of our brand at all times in our fitness center amenity. The hire will report directly to the Brand Manager.
Compensation:
This is an hourly position starting at $13.00.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Weekend Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant is primarily responsible for being the face of all resident interaction when they come to work out or do laundry. This includes creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents, checking their Charles IDs, facilitating communications for residents using our laundry room, and wiping down equipment/machines throughout each shift.
In addition, the hire will also be responsible for the following:
- Greeting residents upon entering the fitness center/laundry facility
- Checking resident IDs to make sure only residents are using this amenity
- Signing residents in/out when using the laundry room; sending a follow-up text or call once their laundry is done
- Cleaning and disinfecting the gym equipment, laundry machines, sweeping/mopping, etc.
- Being the face of the community!
Work Environment:
The hire will be stationed at our fitness center front desk, located at 2745 Coldstream Lane, Columbus, OH 43209. Weekend hours are 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
Dress code: Charles at Bexley shirt or crew neck (provided), jeans, slip resistant shoes
