AttainX Inc. is looking to hire a Web Developer having experience with healthcare or clinical systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create websites and web-based applications.
• Manages content management system and develop custom system modules.
• Conducts and maintains setup, installation, and management of software and applications as needed
• May lead and train other staff associated with web development.
• Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Interface backend databases (SQL or Oracle) with database administrators in order to maximized function and effectiveness of web applications.
• Translates functional requirements into technical design and development projects.
• Maintain and improve website
• Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Ensure high quality coding standards and consistency
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development using Java or JavaScript for Healthcare or Clinical Systems
• Excellent knowledge of basic web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access database builds, SQL database design and data manipulation preferred.
• Experience and knowledge related to user experience design is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, set/re-evaluate priorities, meet deadlines and initiate follow-up action as necessary
• Experience with US Federal Government Agencies including DoD (Preferred)

Education, Certifications and / or Memberships:

• Bachelor Degree or higher degree in software engineering, information management or information technology field, or six years of experience as a Web Developer in lieu of a degree.
• Must have obtained professional certifications in Web development. The certification must be current under performance of this contract.
