Description

SAIC is seeking a Web Developer to join our team in Panama City, Florida.

The ideal candidate would have experience coding in Java Script, AngularJS, CSS and HTML. This position supports a well established program of record at Naval Special Warfare Center - Panama City (NSWC-PCD). The program produces and supports deployable satcom and enterprise level IT systems for our military customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a mixed team of contractors and government employees to design and implement and on-demand ordering web portal
  • Workflow management (purchasing, production, fielding, sustainment)
  • Implement the mechanisms and processes to support the IT Service Management (ITSM) solution
  • Documentation and Change Management within the DI2E suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Assist in design and build of required enhancements including automated workflows, notifications, user interface (UI), client scripts, building business rules and portal customization.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Development of reporting and dashboards to manage user experience
  • Knowledge with web architecture (HTML, XML, Angular JS, RESTful web services)
  • Experience with scripting platforms (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience with Customer Service Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog platform areas
  • Debugging and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Required Education:

BS degree and two (2) years of relevant experience; four (4) years accepted in lieu of degree


Required Qualifications:

  • Interim Secret security clearance required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain full Secret clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Prior experience in web design, development, and administration
  • Experience with ServiceNow software and cloud computing platform
