Web Designer/Graphic Designer

Are you Jack or Jane of all things web? Ready to bring your skills to help local businesses be found online with stories that make customers eager to buy?

We are looking for a results-orientated Web Designer who will be responsible for creating conversion-focused websites and landing pages for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites and landing pages, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding. You will be working closely with other creatives; as well as, liaising with clients and sales and marketing teams during strategic planning meetings.

The most important characteristics of an amazing web designer is someone who has excellent visual design skills, values the power of storytelling, and is an excellent communicator.

If you get deep satisfaction from creating amazing online customer experiences, you’d be great in this role.

If you have:

• 3 years of web design, graphic design, or web development experience

• Love to dig deep into what’s working and what could improve the customer experience

• Enjoy bringing ideas to the team and open to try on the ideas of others

• Consider yourself as technical as you are creative

• Always asked for bigger challenges in past jobs

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD

• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.

• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and Google Sites

Or even better:

• 5+ years of web design experience

• Expert level understanding of search engine optimization principles

• Previous full-cycle marketing experience

• Take ownership and get things done
