Tyler Technologies is currently seeking a Web Administrator. The Web Administrator is an integral member of the Marketing Technology team, which supports Tyler Technologies' strategic initiatives through technology management and enhancement. This position is responsible for providing a stable, secure, and meaningful user experience for all visitors to Tyler’s corporate website, intranet, and related microsites.
This position is a technical in nature, working with the Marketing Technology team to support and enhance all website functionality, maintain security processes and procedures, and provide end-user technical support.
The Web Administrator is also a key contributor to the content production and maintenance of all Tyler websites. The Web Administrator participates in the day-to-day web workflow as well as new website initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesExtend Brand Awareness- Use internal and external web presences to promote and reinforce Tyler’s mission, vision, and values, resulting in stronger recognition and awareness of Tyler as the industry leader in public sector software
- Produce and maintain content and functionality for all Tyler websites, including but not limited to Tyler's public facing site, employee intranet, event or sales initiative microsites, and our logged-in client support experience
- Ensure all websites and online presences strictly adhere to corporate standards
- Participate in projects involving the migration of content and functionality of acquisition sites into corporate site
- Test and implement new web extensions for use on Tyler’s websites
- Maintain web security protocols and user security roles within the site
- Monitor site usage and help scale site capacity to meet demands.
- Troubleshoot functionality and performance issues on websites, recommend course of action, and implement fixes when assigned
- Use SQL to import and export data and content into Tyler’s website
- Identify and distribute web leads to sales operations, support requests to support teams, and route general requests and questions to the appropriate individual, as needed
- Provide recommendations related to improving site functionality
- Continually evaluate internal processes, initiate improvements, and align with best practices
- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree or certification in web technology, computer science, information systems or related field, or comparable work experience
- One or more years’ experience developing and maintaining websites
- Understanding of internet and website design best practices, standards, protocol and security methods
- Familiarity with wire framing and usability testing methods and best practices
- Experience producing web content
- Experience with content management platforms, DNN experience a plus
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related applications
- Familiarity with scripting and database tools (e.g., MySQL, JavaScript, ASP, JQuery, etc.)
- Ability to manage projects and complete multiple tasks within a strict timeframe
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Google Analytics tools and reporting features and SEO methodologies
- Interest in emerging web technologies and cross-platform experience
- Must be self-motivated, have a high level of attention to detail, and have a creative, imaginative mind
