The Wealth Strategy Manager will deliver high impact projects that support Truist Wealth’s strategy and key initiatives. Operating with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy, The Wealth Strategy Manager will build relationships with LOB stakeholders, identify business opportunities, and deliver analyses and insights that create value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and tackle complex problems, applying strategic, managerial and financial skills towards creating actionable solutions
  • Lead complex projects that require a deep understanding of Wealth’s operating model, and a strong command of finance and data & analytics
  • Create client-grade materials and presentations to accurately articulate Wealth’s strategy and to bring clarity to topics of importance to Wealth’s senior leadership team
  • Support the Wealth Strategy Director on complex projects including M&A and other strategic opportunities as they arise
  • Take on ad-hoc requests and projects, partnering with stakeholders to identify their needs, and conduct research to provide accurate responses and analyses
  • Using exposure to an array of projects and stakeholders to propose and create additional workstreams

QUALIFICATIONS


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and related training
  • Five or more years of work experience with previous positions requiring analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office systems, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to effectively interface with senior leaders within Truist Wealth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in management, banking, business administration, or finance
  • Experience in fast-paced environment such as Investment Banking or Consulting
