The WavelinQ Territory Manager (WTM), will manage all aspects of the WavelinQ program in a specific geographical area assigned by the company and take necessary action to attain sales objectives. In addition to meeting the sales objective, this individual will serve as the team leader and coordinate appropriate clinical and educational support is being met throughout the territory.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including supervisory and/or fiscal):

  • Sells the WavelinQ capital and disposable components to current and new accounts Informs customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.

  • Executes and coordinates comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.

  • Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively Develops thorough knowledge of WavelinQ, clinical data and reimbursement.

  • Informs WavelinQ Director of significant market changes and competitive activity.

  • Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.

  • Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.

  • Maintains company automobile and company property.

  • Completes and processes BDPI reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established policies and procedures. Leads the WDS and EFS within the specific geographic area

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience.

  • Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits.

  • Exceptional knowledge of anatomy.

  • Medical and surgical terminology.

  • Through understanding of needs/analysis selling.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

  • Understands contract administration.

  • Understands the complexities of GPO, IDN & VAC processes and procedures.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of outside sales experience required, Medical Device Sales experience preferred.

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience required; Medical Device Sales experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated human relation and communication skills

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment.

  • The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates.

  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.

Work Environment:

The anticipated compensation range for this position is up to $125,000 USD Annual and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications.
