Water Jet Operator - Third Shift

Are you a dedicated individual with experience in working with sheet metal & plastic products? Do you have experience working with CNC Water Jet equipment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company?

If you answered yes to any of these, we'd like to talk to you. We're looking to add a Water Jet Operator to our team in Springfield, MO. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the confidence to run the equipment and work closely with all teams with Production, most closely the Machine Shop and Press Brake. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone that can join the current system and bring a strong level of commitment and professionalism to the team.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of CNC machines, including programming, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• The ability to see read details and follow blueprints. Experience working with water jets, forklift, and hoist lifting systems.
• The ability to communicate with co-workers to relay important information.
• The ability to work individually and as a team.
• Verify the quality of parts produced on the Water Jet equipment

What will you be doing here?

• Work in a shop environment to manually lift and use a hoist - as necessary - to lift the material into the Water Jet Operate forklift in a safe manner - following completion of OSHA certification
• Providing assistance in areas as assigned while working with the production team.
• Working a standard schedule of Monday Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with the potential for some OT.
