Warehouse/Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse/ Customer Service Associate to join our Studio41 team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Process transfers and receiving orders
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records with the appropriate teams
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Answering phones

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
• Able to work Saturdays
• Bilingual? a plus
• Ability to lift 30 pounds+
• Have excellent listening and communication skills
• Have a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
• Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent organization and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
