Warehouse Worker (Lead Receiver - 2nd Shift)

A day in the life of a Lead Warehouse Associate - Receiving Department:

• Consults with Production Manager to ensure effective completion of all warehouse responsibilities.
• Responsible for meeting production goals by training and coaching warehouse employees.
• Monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI' are met and/or exceeded.
• Supervises 15-20 warehouse employees in the Warehouse Receiving Department.
• May need to perform Receiver duties occasionally as the business needs.
• Warehouse Receiver employees review and grade thousands of used books daily to ensure our online inventory has the best selection.

Lead Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• 1 Year of Lead or Supervisor experience
• Proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet production goals
• High energy, self-motivated, and teachable individual with the ability to achieve goals and deadlines
• Previous Warehouse Management experience preferred
