We are looking for a resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed Warehouse Supervisor. One who is an experienced leader who believes in Zevia’s mission and products. The ideal candidate should have a particular interest in helping to build a new warehouse operation in a facility that is being retro-fitted to suit the needs of the business.
Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who has worked on developing warehouse operations and building teams. You are a change manager with the ability to measure cross channel attribution and are always looking for the way to optimize the results. You are comfortable initially working independently while assisting in the build of the new warehouse operations, including the hiring of a small team. You are very attentive to detail, meticulous, love to work in the fast-paced dynamic environment, and are a multi-tasker who’s able to pivot and change as needed, without losing sight of the overall goal.
Under the direction of the VP of Warehouse, the success of the Warehouse Supervisor relies upon seeing the big picture, defining ambitious plans and goals, building programs, and operating daily with safety, quality, and integrity as core values. This role provides an opportunity to develop original ideas and approaches in the highly demanded industry.
Essential Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
- Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping; schedule and oversee daily shipments.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required.
- Supervise and participate in the assembly of orders (Customer, e-commerce, Transfers), ensuring 100% accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Monitor warehousing systems; operate Data entry, correct and lead needs.
- Operate and qualify in the use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and service of all warehouse equipment.
- Lead in the health and safety requirements.
- Manage necessary maintenance of all warehouse Good Manufacturing Process’s.
- Develop and manage warehouse standards, procedures and budget-related needs.
- Lead and assist in the oversite of various supplies and Services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification and practices preferred.
- Able to successfully obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle Trainer Certification within 30 days of employment.
