About the Role
DashMart is looking for a leader that excels and is excited to lead. In this role you will manage a team of 5+ Operations Associates in one of our Warehouse facilities and report directly to the Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Training: Making sure the team is set up for success to work safely and productively. Assess warehouse associate work performance and provide detailed feedback. Help build an amazing work culture. Organize schedules, update training manuals and standard operating procedures.
Help with daily tasks. Receive product from partners, place product in appropriate locations, prepare orders, help clean and organize work areas. You'll delight our customers with a high-quality experience.
Delight customers. Make sure customer's orders get delivered smoothly by maintaining menus and systems, communicating with customers when issues arise, and making sure Dasher pickups go smoothly.
Facility management. Monitor supplier deliveries, manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Help improve operations. Contribute ideas to improve our quality and customer experience.
This is a salaried evening/night position. Hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM, flexible days, including weekends.
We're excited about you because…
You have managed teams and succeeded in cultures such as retail, restaurant or warehouse environments.
You're able to be on your feet, and move heavy product. You are excited and physically able (with or without accommodation) to lift up to 40 lbs, and can operate basic light equipment.
Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets. Comfortable compiling your findings in documentation that can be shared with the broader team.
You are willing to commute and work across one or more facilities in a metro area. You will be asked to work any day of the week, across daily operating hours.
This is an evening/night position, hours required to be available are between 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
