Job Description

We work with influencers to monetize their followers by creating meaningful, bespoke products to sell via eCommerce. Our team is fun, creative, and willing to take smart risks. In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Warehouse Operations and be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of warehouse operations for a 30,000 square foot warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory from our warehouse to consumers. You’ll supervise inventory receiving, inventory control and maintenance, product packaging and assembly, and order fulfillment and shipping.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist the Director of Warehouse Operations in supervising warehouse inventory, shipping, and kit packing teams by overseeing daily operations, making business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped out on a daily basis for all brand channels; manage the monthly bundled shipping process.
  • Responsible for management of accurate inventory controls, adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  • Function as the main go-between for management and kit packing, inventory, and shipping teams; communicate with team leaders to ensure task completion by deadlines.
  • Coach employees to ensure proper warehouse operations.
  • Assist with planning staff levels; work with Director and HR Manager to recruit, interview, select, hire and employ team members.
  • Run and analyze reporting to carry out the functions of the inventory, kit packing, and shipping departments.
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output. Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the assigned departments.
  • Lead and set an example for teammates daily; foster a spirit of teamwork and unity that values diversity and allows for respectful disagreement yet quickly resolves issues to remain focused on a common goal.

  • Experience in warehouse operations, particularly measurement and reporting on operations, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience in continuous improvement programs, quality control/assurance programs.
  • Experience in supervision of staff and leading teams.
  • Strong in problem analysis and problem-solving.
  • Organizational Skills – Demonstrates strong planning skills, prioritizing and managing conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
