Status: Hourly / Full-time

We are looking for a high-energy team player to join our team as Warehouse Shipping Lead.

The Shipping Lead is responsible for all shipping functions, safety, quality assurance and meeting customer deadlines. A successful shipping lead should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment; and will be able to grow the position into a leadership role overseeing multiple temporary associates during busy seasons.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with AS 400, UPS World Ship, FedEx Software
• Knowledge of setting up LTL shipments
• Microsoft Windows based PC Skills
• Solid working knowledge of Internet and email
• Function within a multitask environment
• Expected attention to detail
• Some heavy lifting
• Present a professional and courteous personality toward co-workers
• Minimum 3 to 5 years shipping experience

TBC provides a temperature controlled warehouse. Standard working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
