In 2021, Printfly’s warehouse teams are expanding! We are currently seeking a professional Warehouse Recruiting Coordinator dedicated to leading the recruiting and hiring strategies for the organization’s general and specialty warehouse positions. This position works closely with the HR Manager and Production Director to post, interview and select qualified candidates for Printfly’s open positions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the warehouse recruiting initiatives by positing openings, identifying qualified candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, and executing the end to end administrative process for employee on-boarding.
- Prepare orientation materials and company swag bags for new hires.
- Facilitate HR orientation for new hires.
- Coordinate and act as company representative at local career fairs with HR Management.
- Execute administrative and reporting tasks within Printfly’s ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Assist in other relative HR functions as needed, including the recruiting and hiring within other departments.
The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting and filling warehouse positions, including but not limited to Machine Operation, Shipping, Receiving, etc (Previous experience with Screen Printing and DTG position fulfillment a plus!). The Warehouse Recruiting Coordinator is determined and people-focused with strong written, verbal, and organizational skills required to execute the on-boarding of top talent within a fast growing organization.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting warehouse positions - (Previous experience with Screen Printing and DTG position fulfillment a plus!)
- Highly personable and a true self-starter.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency using general software (ATS and HRIS experience a plus).
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
