Job Description
The Warehouse Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operations Manager and the efficient flow of receiving and shipping processes.
Key Duties:
- Print and distribute picking tickets for warehouse team to pick and pack orders
- Create delivery driver manifests, reconciling against requested shipments
- Finalize fulfillment records, marking orders shipped in NetSuite
- Support will call customers by contacting them when their order is ready and fulfilling their order they arrive to pick up
- Communicate via email and phone with sales team regarding shipments and inventory
- Assist with inventory accuracy, to include cycle counting and inventory adjustments
- Run and monitor various reports that drive warehouse activities and inventory control
- Other assigned tasks to ensure timely receipt and shipment of inventory
Optimal Skills/Experience:
- Very detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Utilizing a modern ERP system, preferably NetSuite or similar system
- Ability to learn all facets of warehouse operations to effectively support Operations Manager
- High level of customer service to both external and internal customers
- Team oriented
Hourly compensation will depend on skills and experience. Total compensation also includes generous holiday bonuses and company profit sharing plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
