Based in Rockledge, Florida, we sell face-frame and full access cabinets through kitchen cabinet dealers in the United States. More than 200 employees manufacture an average of 450 cabinets a day in-house, on computer-driven equipment. The face-frame cabinet, offered in plywood and particle board, represents 60 percent of our volume. Full access Millennium and Urban lines are available in particle-board melamine and plywood construction.

This Position:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will lead, train, evaluate, and coach employees to meet all company and department goals. This position will also ensure the maintenance of all company assets to. To ensure success you will need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform you duties in a manner that maximized profits all while leveraging the strength and consistency of your team through your leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Overseeing the transportation of raw materials between warehouse and production building.
- Implementing operation policies and procedures as needed to maximize efficiencies.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Execute cycle and physical inventories as required.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Evaluating and coaching employee performance.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintain a high accuracy percentage of warehouse perpetual inventory.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of warehouse management experience preferred
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Ability to operate forklift effectively
- Proficient computer skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitask and problem solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
