Responsibilities


  • Operate Forklift in safe and efficient manner
  • Receive and store incoming products into racks and floor locations
  • Assist in prepping shipments by pulling, weighing, wrapping, palletizing, and labeling
  • Using barcode scanner to record material movement/transactions
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
  • Support training of any new warehouse employees
  • Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
  • Maintain, update, and report key performance indicators to plant daily
  • Other job duties may be assigned as needed


Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in warehousing
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Knowledge and ability to operate sit-down forklift
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives
  • Problem Solver with the ability to innovate and improve processes
  • Demonstrated warehouse experience with progressive responsibility in a warehouse role
