Job Summary

Pull and pack fresh product for orders placed by customers. Pull, scan, and band together bulk fresh items. Sanitation of production, dock, and building areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform duties to SQF level 3 standards and requirements
• Pull frozen & dry product
• Stage and load frozen, fresh and dry product onto trucks for delivery
• Provide support to receiving, fresh production and sanitation

Qualifications and Skills

• Heavy Lifting - ability to lift 50lbs frequently, and more in a team lift.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Drug screen and background check required
• Must be able to be forklift certified within 30 days of hire

Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and seldom lift up to 100 lbs. The employee must also be able occasionally push and pull up to 100 lbs.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk, see and hear.

Shift

6:00 pm start time. The nature of our business does not allow for a hard stop time. Although we offer full time hours, there will be days where the employee must work till the job is finished.

Pay

Starting pay $18.15, .50 increase per hour after the first 90 days and another .50 increase per hour after the second 90 days.
