Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Report to: Nathaniel Swift
Warehouse Coordinator position will be responsible for the overall daily performance of warehouse team, to include but not limited to; shipping & receiving process, order Quality Control, Order Management, Inventory Accuracy and Overall Warehouse Organization. Furthermore, working closely with management team to accomplish tasks as well as customer service to assure all orders go out as scheduled.
In this position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General:
- Warehouse Organization
- Assure warehouse and yard is always up to company’s organizational standards.
- Oversee assigned Inventory Cycle Counting based on daily fulfillments.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on space consolidation and bin replenishment.
- Monitor work and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Identify areas where processes could be improved, and work practices amended
- Always inspiring the warehouse team to do their best
Shipping:
- Communicate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, shipped on time, and the customer is satisfied.
- Communicating with multiple carriers to ensure timely pick ups
- Logging and reporting errors or damages
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly each day, communicate with carriers, and shipping processes are followed.
Receiving:
- Receive all incoming materials from incoming Transfer Orders and Purchase orders.
- Verify all the quantities and notify purchasing immediately of any discrepancies.
- Assure that all incoming products have proper part # labels and all excess labels are removed.
- Communicate all deliveries with appropriate departments.
- Putting away material in an orderly manner in accordance with established warehouse process
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previously held a lead role and supervised a team
- Excellent attendance and punctuality track record
- Organizational skills
- Can work independently or in a team setting
- Computer Skills
- Forklift Certified

- Understands the importance of KIPI's
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
