Starting Salary: $18.00 per hour, Weekly Pay, Paid Time Off, 401(k), and Benefits for Full Time permanent employees! Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend work available, 1st Shift 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Position Summary:
This position will focus on the transportation and storage of products and materials used for print manufacturing and fulfillment. The Warehouse Associate will ensure proper storage of product and meeting production standards in alignment with safety expectations during their assigned shift. Duties/Responsibilities:

This position will focus on the transportation and storage of products and materials used for print manufacturing and fulfillment. The Warehouse Associate will ensure proper storage of product and meeting production standards in alignment with safety expectations during their assigned shift. Duties/Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Employee will operate motorized warehouse-based vehicles to move paper, fulfillment pieces, client merchandise and supplies, and other production supplies ensure smooth operations of the manufacturing and operations groups especially in fulfillment and shipping.
- Partner with different members of the manufacturing/printing team to ensure that the needs for supplies and services are meet.
- The entry and recording of incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure communication to the Procurement and Finance.
- Assist the department managers and supervisors in the execution of services during the assigned shift.
- Meet required timetables and deadline while acting as a liaison between teams as needed.
- 1 to 3 years working in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English including the ability to read, write, and speak
- Forklift Certification – MHE Experience (Material Handling Experience)
- 3 years of heavy equipment option such as Clamp Truck and Cherry Picker (Lift)
- 2 years of Computer and PC skills are required
- Flexibility on start time and Weekends required
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift 75 lbs. as needed
- Ability to stand and operate equipment about 75% of the shift
- Ability to sit and be sedentary about 25% of the shift
- Work in an office environment about 10% of the time
- Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment about 90% of the time
- Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on seasonality.
