Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading our trim, interior and exterior doors, and hardware for delivery to active construction sites.

Pay Scale: Starting pay and pay increases are based on experience and additional requirements as determined by the manager.

• Starting pay - $13/hour
• 30 Day Review - potential $1 pay increase ($14/hour)
• 90 Day Review - potential $1 pay increase ($15/hour)

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Locate correct merchandise in the warehouse based on order ticket
• Responsible for safely loading or assisting in loading and securing materials on trucks daily
• Assists in verifying materials and quantities for accuracy
• Unload or assists in loading and unloading materials manually

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with management and team members
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Must be able to pass a company required background and drug test
• Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 100 pounds of material continually for up to 2 hours at a time
• Ability to bend, reach, lift and climb
• Ability to work in an uncontrolled environment (hot in the summers, cold in the winters)
