Warehouse Associate

Inkcups manufactures and distributes cutting-edge printing technology to some of the world's biggest brands in the apparel and promotional product industries.

Inkcups Now located in Danvers, MA provides innovative printing products and solutions for customers in the promotional, apparel and industrial markets worldwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic, determined, self-motivated person with a strong work ethic to work in our Production and Warehouse Department.

Production Floor and Warehouse Position

The position will consist of being involved in all areas of our production and shipping requirements. There will be cross training in all areas from making silicone printing pads, using sheet metal shears and punches, ink color matching, domestic and international shipping, inventory and receiving responsibilities.

General Job Description:

• Mechanically inclined; good with hand tools and machinery
• Be able to understand and complete the daily schedule
• Be able to work at a fast pace
• Be able to adjust to and adapt to priority changes
• Be able to follow formulas with weights & measurements
• Be willing to be cross-trained and move to other production areas when needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work within established systems, standards, and procedures
• Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality
• Assure all products are packaged to proper guidelines
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Follow all company policies and safety rules
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience required
• Hazardous materials and international shipping experience a plus
• Forklift trained is preferred
• Ability to lift 20 to 30 lb. heavy objects
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout an 8 hour shift
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to provide proof of ability to legally work in the U.S. The company doesn’t sponsor work visas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
