We are currently looking Driver Check-In/Warehouse Associate for our warehouse facility in Charlotte, NC. The Driver Check-In/Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for work related to receipt, shipment, storage and distribution of products.

Details:

• The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday , beginning at 10:00 am until completion or as business needs dictate.

• This is a labor-intensive role where team members will be responsible for moving stock repeatedly throughout the shift both manually and with equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in drivers who have completed their daily delivery routes.

• Separate and count all returned items to verify the product/quantity match what’s on the driver’s return and adjustment sheet.

• Document all shortages, overages and damaged items in accordance with Company procedures.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

• Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety.

• Comply with OSHA and SDS standards.

• Safely operate equipment associated with warehouse activities.

• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general warehouse environment preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety policies and procedures.

• Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math and reading comprehension.

• Good attendance and attention to detail is required.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Must be able to work in hot and cold conditions.

• Ability to lift at least 40-60 lbs repeatedly.

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and a post offer physical.
