Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver / Laborer

Job Summary

Laborer / driver will be responsible for accurately and safely helping to load agricultural products onto trucks and assist with deliveries in a fast paced, state of the art environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Laborer / driver duties will include but are not limited to -

• Laborer will be responsible for loading of agricultural pesticides and fertilizers into trucks or application equipment in a safe and accurate way, either by hand or using a forklift.
• Delivery of agricultural pesticides and fertilizers using pick up trucks or delivery trucks.
• Working with the warehouse manager and customers to get the proper products.
• Helping to keep inventory accurate.
• Laborer will be responsible for helping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Laborer will be responsible for other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Laborer / driver needs to poses the following qualifications and abilities.

• Driver must have a clean driving record, a CDL and medical card are required.
• Driver will be required to obtain a haz-mat license.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work long and varied hours.
• Laborer must be able to operate a forklift.
• Must be able to climb steps to access catwalk to top load trucks.
• Must pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• class A CDL (Preferred)
• class B CDL (Preferred)

• 4PM
