Warehouse And Logistics Manager / Homewood Store

This is a Full Time position. Position Summary: The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is the head of inventory at the Homewood store with their main focus on warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy. Constant communication between the office team and other stores about inventory issues is imperative. In addition, the Warehouse and Logistics Manager will assist the Managers in the responsibility of the flow of inventory and restocking the Homewood floor. Furthermore, they will be responsible for utilizing the store Team Members to help accomplish these duties, ensuring these tasks are fulfilled, accurate, and executed within the set time frame.

E-commerce is another main focus of this role. While it is a shared role, the Warehouse and Logistics Manager will lead the communication, training, and accuracy of orders. They will help manage the Store Team in completing these duties throughout the day while ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry items that are up to 50 lbs • 3+ years retail experience • Management experience is a plus • Flexible schedule is needed with the ability to work nights and weekends • Full availability to work 5 day work weeks (including some weekend days) in November to December - as this role is vital to our busiest time of year.
