Job Description

We are looking for a few front-of-house additions to our Saigon Kitchen team.

Some Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort customers to their tables promptly
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
  • A general knowledge of Vietnamese food (preferred)
  • English language proficiency (Ability to speak Vietnamese or Korean is also a plus)
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request
  • Effectively communicate confusing order details to the Kitchen Staff
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness/presentation and catch issues before they get to the table
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
  • Prepare various beverages for dine-in and takeout orders
  • Understand that we are here to provide an excellent experience for our guests above all else

Requirements:

  • At least 17 years of age
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Strong multitasking abilities and maintain positive composure under pressure
  • Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
