Role Summary/Purpose:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Technology Engagement & Execution, this Leader is responsible for the delivery of large scale and complex technology projects related to Infrastructure/Cloud transformations, new technology introduction and strategic initiatives. The incumbent will lead agile teams in a complex matrix environment consisting of resources and partners across technology operations, technology engineering, digital workforce and key executive stakeholders to create and execute the project delivery and certification of new technology. Additionally, this Leader will provide infrastructure engagement services for the technology organization to enable access to network, compute, cloud and platform services.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching (i.e., performance management) to a team of professionals, engagement coordinators, Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers who are responsible for all infrastructure project/program work and fulfilling all the requests for infrastructure services (network, compute, platforms, cloud, storage)

  • Oversight responsibility of contractor resources both on and offshore monitoring their performance and consulting with the account manager of the resource on performance expectations

  • Coach Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Stakeholders with Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices to build high performing Agile teams

  • Own overall Program Management roadmap for the Infrastructure organization.

  • Look for opportunities to drive strategic integration and resolve cross-technology interdependencies across programs

  • Influence the Product Roadmaps for CTO and CISO to meet the strategic objectives of the company; Leverage product release retrospectives to inform our strategy

  • Continually assess our implementation processes for continuous improvement opportunities

  • Influence the Office of Agile for driving improvements in the enterprise development processes and tools

  • Manage enterprise level risks and issues across the organization. Help the team remove roadblocks where necessary.

  • Manage the overall pipeline of work across the infrastructure services organization in conjunction with information security, data analytics and application development.

  • Facilitate the prioritization of epics with the leadership team.

  • Ownership of the Technology Certification procedure adherence and process improvement

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 12 years of information technology experience or, in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 15 years of Information Technology and Agile project or program management

  • Agile Certification is required or in lieu of a certification the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure management

Desired Characteristics:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Agile experience that can include: Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer and/or Agile Coaching

  • Minimum of 3 Agile certifications such as: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Practitioner (ACP), or SAFe Agilest

  • Previous working experience with infrastructure release cycles in services-based environments and have a firm understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.

  • Skilled at organizing and communicating complex concepts - must be capable of breaking down complex situations, this applies to both technical issues and process issues.

  • Strong experience managing Agile software development projects.

  • Organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail a must.

  • Ability to work with teams to gather unrefined business requirements from multiple sources and formulate and deliver a solution in a timely manner.

  • Ability to work under the pressure of multiple projects and deadlines at once.

  • Solid communication skills and must be highly motivated and demonstrate high level of initiative.

  • Must be a self-starter, ability to quickly learn, adapt, shows initiative and thinks outside the box.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 115,000.00 - 230,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.

This position is remote, where you will work from home, and may require you to occasionally commute to one our offices for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.
