Trust is given by the leadership team, and we offer freedom under responsibility. This position is currently remote, however, the successful candidate should already be located or already planning to relocate to UTAH, as this position will be reporting to our corporate South Jordan office once we officially reopen our global offices.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As an integral part of our experience improvement culture, the VP, Global People Ops and the Global HR Operations team are key to elevating the employee and manager experience. With passion and commitment, this team delivers thought leadership and delivery in talent lifecycle transactions, total rewards, talent acquisition, and talent development for the HR team and the business, providing a consistently great internal customer experience and ensuring excellence in execution, while meeting all policy and compliance requirements.
The HR Operations Team also includes responsibility for continuous improvement and the highest quality in client delivery – proactively optimizing systems, processes, programs and data beyond just basic business requirements to make the different stages of the employee lifecycle more effective and a better experience for our internal customers.
DAY TO DAY
- Engage closely with the CHRO to position InMoment as an employer of choice for highly engaged, customer-focused employees at all levels.
- Design and execute a detailed human resources operations roadmap to support our vision of being a global, inclusive, connected, high performing, talent focused organization. This includes thought leadership in and leveraging of best-in-class trends, tools, programs, and processes to support a high performing culture.
- Responsible for building a high performing global team and for the ongoing improvement of HR Operations – lead, manage and develop the team ensuring an integrated approach to program and service delivery and collaboration with the broader HR team, and the business.
- Lead projects/program creation and collaborate across teams to build out, scale, and manage a variety of global people initiatives, including talent acquisition, an inspiring onboarding experience, benefits, inclusion and diversity, employee career development, manager effectiveness, compensation/mobility, performance, policies, analytics, and HR Systems.
- Drives global and regional compliance and reporting requirements and process optimization.
- Drive our recruiting efforts, including strategy, branding, EVP and process in service to an inclusive, high performing environment; champions an inclusive, robust culture with I&D programs, organized events, and other team-building initiatives.
- Lead due diligence and post merger/acquisition activities for areas of responsibility; partner with our legal team to build out policies and process as we enter new geographies.
- Lead tracking and reporting of HR Operations team service delivery according to agreed KPI’s/SLAs and other measures agreed as well as measuring and monitoring initiatives to determine effectiveness.
- Working collaboratively, creates and implements communication/change plans that ensure cost-effective programs are administered equitably, aligned to the market, and in compliance with policies and regulations.
HIGHLY WELCOMED SKILLS
- Experience of leading and managing a remote, multi-site global HR Shared Services team and Centers of Excellence (COEs) and creating a strong customer centric culture on the HR Operations team
- Strong comfort with a lean, dynamic environment, where everyone is encouraged to collaborate, think strategically while ensuring strong tactical execution
- Strong demonstrated relationship skills and the ability to manage, advise, and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders while prioritizing business requirements appropriately through a collaborative partnership approach
- Expertise and experience in talent development, compensation and benefits strategies, plan design, management, and understands how development of great leaders and total rewards contributes to the organization's ability to recruit and retain top talent, drive employee engagement, and achieve performance goals.
- Demonstrated development of short and long term people metrics, reporting solutions, and service level agreements with internal customers/external providers. Able to prepare, analyze and present analytics to enable business improvement
- Use of process redesign tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean) to assess and optimize end-to-end processes preferred and where global compliance and legislative requirements were given critical priority in design and implementation of service
- Experience leading project management teams and managing project workstreams
- Experience negotiating major third party contracts for the delivery of services (e.g. HRIS)
YOU COULD BE OUR NEXT HIRE!
- 10+ years of HR experience; Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience, ideally in dynamic B2B Software environments; advanced degree preferred; SPHR, SHRP-SCP or equivalent preferred.
- Possess exceptional people management and facilitation skills; outstanding communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive; understands how to intelligently use resources (i.e. existing content, capital, and talent) to develop and realize a vision
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, global administration and regulatory and compliance matters; experience and knowledge in human resource policies, procedures.
- Strong technical skills (ability to gain deep understanding of HRIS and payroll/system, as well as strong experience using excel and Google Suite);deep attention to detail
- Strong HR analytical skills and the ability to create insights from data; must be able to create, build and manipulate data and reports
- Current on leading edge and innovative HR Operations (Shared Services/COEs) thinking and sharing this with the team and HR Leadership.
- Expertise in performance management, coaching and mentoring.
- Discreet with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations
