VP Finance (WDC):

Direct financial activities: include prepare reports and budgets to summarize and forecast activity, and financial position re: income, expenses, and earnings; based on past, present & expected ops. Establish & recommend to management major economic objectives & policies. Advise management re: op adjustments due to tax code revisions. Arrange for audits of company accounts. Direct financial planning. Develop internal control policies. Authorize requests for disbursements. Lead staff training & development in budgeting & financial management areas. Approve, prepare and filing of tax returns. Approve all aspects of employee insurance, benefits & casualty programs.

Requirements: Travel 4 times/year to France. MA in Finance. 4 years’ experience.
