Kantar is seeking to expand its team of dynamic and analytical Brand Strategy consultants to help drive growth for its Fortune 100 clientele. We are seeking a leader to help grow the Brand Strategy business. We are looking for someone that has all the strategic and analytic skills required to sell and direct complex client research engagements with a hands-on approach.
The Role
Managing Partners are the critical value generators who oversee successfully delivery of projects, provide client advice, and grow client relationships. The VP, Brand Strategy leaders are indispensable & innovative who together influence the strategic direction of the practice. At its heart, we remain a relationship business.
Therefore, we are looking for an individual that has the following attributes: client-focused and relationship-oriented, past success driving strategic and commercial planning, comfort designing and implementing strategic insights and analytic solutions, experience running insights and analytics teams and / or building insights and analytics teams from the ground up, the ability to partner and build relationships in a matrixed organization, and can be effective when facing situations of ambiguity.
You Will:
- Build & Lead Client Relationships: We expect you to be the face of Kantar when meeting new clients, and to work within the Brand Strategy group and across the Kantar network to build deeper relationships with existing clients and uncover cross sell opportunities.
- Drive Thought Leadership : You must have a thought leadership presence with clients, driving client satisfaction with Kantar’s innovation and analytics.
- Oversee Team Management and Foster Development: You will take a hands-on approach to project and team management, overseeing implementation and contributing to the development of mid-level staff.

- Have 15+ years of experience in insights and analytics and expect a master’s degree or Ph.D. in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines
- Are hands-on and like to go deep on client business issues.
- Are creative, out-of-the-box thinkers that take a highly customized approach to research and analytic design.
- Act as trusted advisors and help clients ask the right questions.
- Help grow our business by doing outstanding work.
