This position is for a skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least five years in the field of experience. The CSR must have quality customer service mannerism and a passion to work with students and parents.
- Serve as the communication piece between students, parents, and teachers/tutors.
- Communicate with clients performing periodic check-ins, reminders, and follow ups.
- Maintain an organized file of all CSR resources, including client information.
- Uphold the values of Limitless Learning International.
- Serve as the Brand and Recruit Manager for Limitless Learning International.
- Participate in Community (Social Media Community) and/or Online Marketing Events.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly and professionally.
- Create cohesive schedules for our tutors and teachers.
- Communicate the scheduling with tutors and teachers via email.
- Communicate with parents on scheduling and any issues at hand.
- Sign up new students who would like to work within our programs.
- Make outgoing sales calls to potential clients and School Districts
- Provide onboarding documentation to new students, and parents.
- Create and carry out a marketing plan for the company.

Helpful skills for this position:
-Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Forms or Microsoft Word
-Comfortable navigating multiple online platforms at the same time
-Written and verbal communication skills
-Experience working in education
-Experience making outgoing sales calls

-Capable of being self-starting and self-motivating
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
