We market and distribute these products in the direct-to-consumer market, and are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Manager of Video Production to join our team.
The Manager of Video Production’s Mission is to never run out of ideas on how to improve video products and processes for the benefit of the end user. Careful consideration of product presentation, including the key benefits, features and offer is always top of mind. He/she actively seeks out ways to create fantastic experiences through the management and development of creative videos that live on our sales channels and as advertisements across various social media platforms. The Manager of Video Production pays particular attention to the ROI on time and resources and is credited with keeping video production work on track, on time and on target

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:
- The Manager of Video Production will collaborate closely with Marketing, Advertising and other Production teams to ensure strategic delivery of scope of work services directly related to creative video production.
- The Manager of Video Production will manage the development of strategic creative solutions that result in stakeholder satisfaction and contribute to customer acquisition and sales.
- The Manager of Video Production will serve as the Creative Video team lead when communicating and working cross departmentally with Advertising, Marketing and Media Buying teams.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks and deliverables for the Video Production team.
- The Manager of Video Production will ensure the quality and consistency across all projects aligns with brand standards.
- The Manager of Video Production will work with leadership to resolve project-related issues; escalate larger project issues and risk to applicable teams.
- Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confident leadership at all times.
- Review video work, troubleshoot and provide direct feedback to video producers.
- Manage and cultivate the career development of video production team members.
- Lead and inspire a team of video producers through management, planning and development of creative videos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Communications, Video Production, Marketing or other related creative field
- 5+ Years video experience
- 2+ Years experience in video production project management
- Account Management or Project Management experience
- Collaborative, positive attitude with a strong team ethic
- Creatively driven
- Proactive in finding answers without a lot of oversight
- Positive solutions-based attitude to tackling challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience managing direct reports

Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.
Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment.
Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
