We're looking for a Video Producer with the following qualifications and requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in the video production space.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients and team members.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills to help resolve client complaints or needs.
• Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience communicating with clients in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
• Some travel may be required.
• Experience with Asana and Active Collab is a plus.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages video projects from start to finish. Includes planning, scheduling, managing project budgets, booking cast and crew, supervising post-production, and providing the client with best use practices for the finished video.
• Provides production teams with guidance throughout each project.
• Hires and manages contractors on a project-by-project basis.
• Ensures the client's needs are met and the client is happy.

• Typical working hours are 9-5 pm EST Monday-Friday.
