4Patriots, LLC, is one of the fastest-growing direct response marketing firms in the United States, specializing in the emergency-preparedness and natural-health-supplement markets. We market and distribute these products in the direct-to-consumer market, and are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Video Producer to join our team.
The Video Producer’s Mission is to produce compelling marketing videos that are effective in entertaining and keeping current customers’ attention while also acquiring new customers. The creative output of the video producer should always contribute to building a strong and cohesive 4Patriots brand presence online and across our social channels. The Video Producer takes ownership of all video work including creative ideation, shooting, editing, styling and optimizing assets in support of marketing objectives. The breadth of creative work he/she touches spans across several mediums including but not limited to: Ecommerce, Facebook, YouTube, Google and Online Sales Pages. He/she suggests new ideas and opportunities for improving video performance and increasing our organic following across social channels based on market research and analysis of reporting data from in-house creative. The Video Producer understands the delicate balance of speed and creativity while handling a high volume of project intake. He/she is passionate about always highlighting our products and the 4Patriots brand in the best light.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:
- Create and develop video/audio content for online social media, product marketing and internal resources.
- Plan video shoots: scout, select and coordinate with Video Production Coordinator to reserve shoot location, prepare props and establish duration details.
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx and project media management.
- Script and storyboard video concepts.
- Work independently as well as part of a team to complete project deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Video Production Manager to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content that aligns with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage video equipment and studio storage organization.
- Evaluate video analytics and apply findings to future creative projects.
- Research trending data and event poles to influence and inspire creative ideas and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Film or Multimedia
- 3+ years video experience
- Expert User: Premiere Pro
- Adequate User: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator

Work Environment And Travel Requirements:
Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.
Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment.
Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
