Video Editor Intern

The Windy City Thunderbolts is a professional minor league baseball team in the Frontier League located in Crestwood, IL. and is looking for interns to help out with the day to day functions of the video board and press box. The positions are unpaid internships who will receive credit for working with the Windy City Thunderbolts.

Responsibilities

• Log footage and edit the daily game recap for all home games.
• Assist in the green screen shoots for in-game promotions and player introductions.
• Edit player interviews and the home game previews with the radio broadcast team for all home games.
• Work in a fast paced environment, outdoors in various weather conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Must have editing experience on either Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Need to have experience with operating camera’s.
• General knowledge of the sport of baseball.
• Ability to make all home Windy City Thunderbolts games
• Must receive college credit for this internship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the sport of baseball and the flow of the game.
• Experience operating cinema style cameras.
• Experience working in a control room setting
