Position Responsibilities:

• Collect, review and analyze video requested for confidential internal investigations related to accidents, complaints, and asset protection targeting associate theft, non-compliance with cash handling procedures, and loss of company merchandise or other assets;
• Monitor and log incoming requests for video footage;
• Support law enforcement investigations by collecting and providing video footage per company policy; and
• Assist the risk management team in the development and deployment of policies and procedures relating to loss prevention and mitigation, and improved processes as requested.
