Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Vice President, Software Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing and driving the Software Product Strategy and Vision for Cue Health Inc.
  • Execute high-impact value-added opportunities that will drive the next phase of growth for the organization
  • Develop an exemplary Product Management team who can lead the company into its next phase of growth
  • Oversee the software product development process
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to identify and address broad industry and market trends
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Support teams to identify internal product development needs
  • Nurture and grow partnerships, internally and externally
  • Lead and encourage the workforce to reach goals while implementing Cue Health’s policies and regulations
  • Manage change and develop risk mitigation plans for software product deliveries
  • Prepare progress and efficiency reports for upper management and clients
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in software development, computer science, or product management, or related field
  • MBA is preferred
  • 15+ years of Product Management/Engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing software product development/Engineering teams, and experience managing managers (leader of leaders)
  • Proven work experience as a product manager, software developer, or project manager
  • Certifications from reputable institutions and associations in product management or software-related field
  • Extensive knowledge of various product functions, the software development process, and all things product management
  • Ability to work within an agile development methodology
  • A deep understanding of product vision, product launch, user experience, and related concepts is required
  • Keen business acumen and proven management abilities to lead software product teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with ability to explain complex technical concepts and analysis implications clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and prioritizing business questions, and using quantitative techniques using available data to deliver solutions to address these questions

Environment and Physical Activities/Requirements:

  • You will work in an indoor remote environment for which no adverse conditions are expected. This position requires the following physical activities and/or requirements:
    • Remaining in a stationary or sedentary position, often standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
    • Repeating motions, such as keyboarding, that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

    • Adjusting, moving, carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 20 pounds
