Job Summary
Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across all Comcast Business sales channels to deliver 2021 revenue targets and beyond. Oversee all aspects of Comcast Business Sales Strategy and Operations including sales compliance, enablement, contract management and sales strategy, execution and reporting across HQ and field sales teams. Leads strategy, continuous improvement and adoptions of Business Sales Operations processes and procedures. Identifies growth opportunities across Comcast Business sales for mid-market sales channels and supporting functions. Drives targeted improvements that have had a quantifiable and operational benefit to both the field and HQ sales teams.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and influence the Comcast Business HQ Sales Strategy and Operations team and Field Sales organizations in bringing new and different sales insights and solutions to drive profitable revenue growth with key customers —from smaller SMB businesses to the world’s largest companies (Enterprise Solutions).
- Lead HQ Sales Operations teams in continuous improvement and adoption of our Business Sales Operations processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement targeted improvements that have had a quantifiable and operational benefit to both the field and HQ sales teams.
- Collaborate with peers, mid-market stakeholders and leadership when acting as the Sales Integrity Leader for the Mid-Market sales channels and focus on sales rules of engagement to ensure compliance.
- Lead the Comcast Business HQ Sales Operations organization across key disciplines focused on the following:
Sales Strategy/Effectiveness
- Maximize sales results by providing leadership to the field sales channel with the goal of helping them achieve productivity targets.
- Lead in partnership with Regional, Divisional and Corporate teams to implement strategies, identifying best practices and recommending improvements to systems and processes.
- Influence long-term sales effectiveness and engagement strategies that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Company’s products, services and experiences.
- Partner with Sales leaders, Marketing and Product to drive adoption and execution of key initiatives, processes, reports, functionality, and system tasks to support the sales process and drive field sales productivity.
Contract Compliance & Support
- Ensure high levels of consultation and support as it relates to overall contract management, complex contract negotiations, and overall operations and compliance.
- Lead overall contract management strategy in communicating success measures across HQ sales channels. Ensure high quality and execution with new and/or modified contract terms for key products/customers. Ensure internal sales teams are recipients of best-in-class contract management consultation for adaptation of their departmental processes.
Sales Analytics & Operations
- Lead sales strategy and transformation of the Customer/Digital Experience initiative as it relates to sales enablement, systems, and process – Project Orion Sales Transformation for Comcast Business.
- Lead strategy and teams across larger scale change initiatives relates to sales systems, processes and seller adoption – i.e. Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration initiative, which will provide a cloud-based solution that delivers a more effective and efficient collaboration engine across Comcast Business, unifying and simplifying the seller experience in one platform.
