We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing leader to help build out the newly created Product Marketing team and take Enverus messaging and storytelling to the next level. The right candidate is curious about our customers’ pain points, and just as excited about building out engaging content as mentoring and coaching their team to grow professionally and personally.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Product Marketers focused on building out value-based messaging to a diverse audience of energy stakeholders while also leading messaging and content strategy at the brand level. A key component of your success will be to maintain cross functional relationships with Product, Intelligence (research team), Customer Success, and Sales teams so they see Product Marketing as a trusted partner and collaborator.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build, plan and implement the overall Product Marketing positioning and messaging strategy

  • Define and execute a content strategy that spans the customer journey from awareness to advocacy

  • Drive value for your key stakeholders: Integrated Marketing and Product teams, and customers

  • Help us deploy and scale a Target Account Strategy by creating personalized experiences for our Targeted Accounts

  • Ensure segment value props come to life through engaging storytelling and messaging across the diverse marketing and sales channels that make up the Enverus customer journey

  • Push data driven content innovation. Always be looking for ways to better engage customers and not be complacent on how we operate today

  • Be an advocate for the voice of the customer and find ways for the team to stay close to customer feedback and uncover customer stories and use cases

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the website and ensure messaging is in service to the overall brand and solution strategy

  • Partner with the Sales Success team on building sales enablement content

  • Be a champion for consistent messaging across the organization


What You need to Succeed:
  • 10+ years’ experience in product marketing or equivalent practical experience

  • Proven record of leading teams and developing people

  • Excellent storytelling, messaging, and writing expertise

  • Proven understanding of the demand engine and how to activate content throughout various channels to achieve GTM goals

  • Empathy for prospects & customers; advocating for their needs and challenges as different elements of the marketing plan are designed and launched

  • A background in a SaaS, technology, or energy preferred

  • An ability to navigate ambiguity, identify gaps and take ownership over improvement.
