Responsibilities:

  • Ability to attract talented real estate agents in a NO monthly fee enviroment
  • Agents DO NOT pay for marketing, signs, cards, etc.the agency does.
  • Manage a sales team of 25+ agents
  • Coach, mentor and lead a sales staff
  • Engage sales staff in a way to create a culture of winning
  • Conduct training orientations with new agents
  • Show agents how to work our exclusive business plan model
  • Go into the field with agents to train and show them our way
  • Self producing as well

Requirements:

1. Active/Current Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license is required

2. 5 years experience managing a sales staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
