Job Description

Summary

The VP of Sales is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and establishing partnerships. Responsible for generating top-line revenue.

  • Generate sales leads and brand awareness.
  • Establish and build opportunity pipeline from identifying potential opportunity to closing and establishing client partnerships.
  • Responsible for top-line revenue generation, drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Create market expansion by understanding needs of the marketplace and providing solutions.
  • Responsible for understanding CRM-Salesforce and use tool to forecast and manage opportunity pipeline and continue to populate and increase existing database.
  • Perform all sales activities to ensure achievement of sales growth aligning with company goals, objectives, vision, and core values.
  • Understanding and ability to present company solutions including contact center, loan servicing, first and third-party recovery programs.
  • Communicating with prospective clients and gathering information to determine scope of work, budgets, timelines and how solution meets their business goals.
  • Meet with internal leadership to ensure project goals, progress, and outcomes.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to FHC’s Information Security Policy and Procedures.

Work environment

  • Federal and State contractor call/contact center along with Account Receivable Management including 1st and 3rd Party Recoveries.

Physical/mental demands

  • Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this role, an employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and to lift and carry reports and records weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Mental Demands - While performing the duties of this role, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information, and documents; analyze and solve problems; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or skills; perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks; work under intensive deadlines; and interact with vendors and staff in the course of work.

Required education and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales within the contact center or accounts receivable management industry

Security clearance requirements

  • May be required to pass Federal background screening and/or state level criminal background screening.
