Vice President – Business Development & Delivery
Lead, evolve and grow a transformational consulting business as WNA’s Vice President, Business Development and Consulting Service Delivery. Position, sell and manage delivery of business transformation and information technology solutions and consulting services to local, regional and national clients.
Base salary plus variable compensation. Significant wealth-creation opportunity. $300,000 – 600,000+ annual compensation based on target revenue generation and delivery realization. No cap on earnings. Dallas and Atlanta based roles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, grow, and manage WNA’s business, including business development, delivery, recruiting, retention, development of knowledge capital, finance, and business administration.
Qualify and prioritize leads and close sales of business and IT solutions and consulting services with large client organizations. Articulate knowledge of business and information technology consulting services, and apply to a consultative sales approach.
Demonstrate knowledge of target industries and businesses, business operations, information technology and networks in the delivery of client services. Leverage familiarity with the local and regional markets and industries within these markets, including Telecom, Mobility, FinTech, Financial Services, Insurance and others, to capitalize on WNA business opportunities.
Build exceptional, dynamic delivery teams. Lead, manage and review ongoing delivery, delivery quality and client satisfaction and advocacy. Delight customers with acceleration of transformational business programs, including Cx, digital, technology and architecture transformation, product launch, business integration, and program and project leadership and integration. Drive innovative cloud, data, fintech, mobility and network programs.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Understand and clearly articulate business problems and develop solutions.
- Identify and position WNA’s distinct competitive advantages. Articulate business case and ROI of WNA solutions to clients.
- Initiate and develop senior level contacts including C-level contacts, but able to build relationships at all levels within target client organizations, including lower and middle managers, and business and technical staff. Build on existing contacts and relationships with current and targeted clients.
- Manage the business development lifecycle and account strategy.
- Create new services and solutions to solve current or future business problems.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, customer investment, and discount rates. Upsell current clients.
- Manage WNA senior executive participation in the sales and delivery process.
- Work with staffing and recruiting to build high performance delivery teams for your clients.
- Accelerate client transformation. Manage a consultative solutions delivery process. Participate in WNA Delivery Quality Assurance review to manage client and WNA risk, enable high quality delivery and ensure customer satisfaction and to maximize WNA revenue opportunities, cash flow and profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate activities, services and products of the competition.
- Deliver value to clients through personal service delivery and client billable hours.
Experience and Knowledge
- Successfully led and closed large ($5 - 25 million+) deals. Successfully led delivery organizations.
- Experience with target markets, target industry companies, business and IT consulting, and/or technology and business services sales to companies.
- Knowledge of business, industry, regulatory and information technology.
- Knowledge of core business processes, including customer experience, marketing, sales, product launch, order management, customer care, call center, billing, finance, network, operations support. Familiar with market and operational strategy development.
- Knowledge of business and IT solutions and services including business transformation, business process optimization, enterprise technology integration, full software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud solutions, solution and data architecture, project leadership and management, program management, customer experience, CRM, mobility, billing, cloud/SaaS services, agile delivery, process and systems outsourcing, managed services, offshore development, testing and knowledge of core legacy and new technology systems environments.
- Apply evolving practices and technologies e.g. Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain.
- Familiarity with WNA national / regional / local competitors including Accenture, IBM, PWC, HP, Deloitte, CapGemini, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS and others.
- Knowledge and existing network of contacts for potential business partners and alliances.
- 12 – 20+ years business, technical and/or consulting experience. Bachelor’s degree and top grades from a top school. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
